Very few people could ride a snowboard like Jeff Brushie. Nobody could tweak like him. It was an era of truly astounding contortions but for the most part it just looked silly, especially looking back. But Jeff NEVER looked silly. It was always a combination of pushing the limits but displaying style, character, and control.
This photo was taken at Squaw Valley in 1993 at a film and photo shoot that I was invited to by Sean Sullivan. There were dozens of amazing shots taken, but Brushie always stood out.
